Lysander is kin to a rare race called stella nymphas, which have been spread thin across the world. Hailing from the island of endless twilight, Lunastium, Lysander was raised on this remote island where survival techniques, knowledge, kinship, honor and culture are highly regarded. Lysander's heritage as a stella nympha grants him the appearance of a built man, with wild, long brown hair. With bronzened skin, tribal tattoos on his right arm, a scar across his chest and orange eyes, Lysander also benefits from the longevity and high stamina of his race; while 88 years old, Lysander is in his prime for stella nymphas live for a millenia and a half. Stella nymphas have a preternatural ability to sense essences and demeanors of others, as well as attract a select few of others with their own essence, be it friendly or hostile. With a poised and collected deameanor, Lysander is a somewhat reserved man that can be social, while maintaining a level of observation most underestimate and or do not pick up on. Lysander despises certain injustices and will fight to the death for a loved one. Bold, patient, improvisational, resilient, empathetic and a well hidden trait of caring, Lysander also has a lone wolf side and can become aloof and closed to the world in times of great emotional distress. He always has a backup plan and stays two steps ahead, letting little slip by him. While stella nymphas keep highly to their selves, Lysander's family is open to outsiders due to living by the culture of Lunastium, which is to treat those close to oneself as their own. Lysander's father, Juste is a warrior and his mother, Celeste is a mage. Trained by both, Lysander is a dexterious fighter that bears high strength and mixed the two teachings into a style that is deadly at all ranges, be it swords, daggers, polearms, hand to hand and or bows, as well as knowing basic magic, which he infuses into attacks. Lysander also has a vast knowledge of survival techniques and excels at procuring wildlife flora and fauna, living off the land as well as having a knack for terrain knowledge, making him the quintessential outdoorsman and survivalist. Lysander eventually joined the schola of magic where he now serves as a combat instructor. Raised alongside a twin sister, Alexia, Lysander was very close with his family. Recently Alexia was captured by the Black Dawn and Lysander has sworn to his mother, father and himself that he will find her. Before departing, Juste gave him the Syu, a blade only stella nymphas can wield with a hidden ability; Celeste gave him an amulet which gives the wearer a second wind in dire situations. With the resolve to search all of Turast to its ends, Lysander sets out to find his sister and take down the Black Dawn.
